Brain Tumour Research is looking for a PR Manager to maintain Brain Tumour Research’s position as the leading brain tumour voice in the media. The PR Manager will lead a team of PR Officers to meet and exceed targets in order to raise awareness and acquire new supporters.

Position: PR Manager
Location: Head Office, Milton Keynes. We offer a hybrid working model, where team members are expected to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week.
Salary: Circa £40,00 pa
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Benefits: Holiday entitlement, 25 days per annum, excluding UK Public Holidays, death in service policy, access to an Employee Assistance Programme and option to join our healthcare scheme.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to make a difference in one of the most innovative and exciting medical research fundraising charities in the UK while using their experience and knowledge to lead an ambitious PR team.

As PR Manager, you will be responsible for building loyalty with our supporters and develop strong relationships with families who find great value in sharing their story, helping to raise awareness, support fundraising, and keep their loved ones’ memory alive through features in the media as well as on our website and in our own publications.

Do you have:

* Relevant PR experience, 3 years minimum

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to converse sensitively and empathetically

* Experience leading a team to achieve targets and develop
