Social Media Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the
growth and development of all social and digital marketing channels. You’ll have a thorough
understanding of how to capture the attention of the existing audience, whilst finding ways
of attracting new customers to the business with your creative flair via Organic and paid
methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* To take responsibility for overseeing and producing online and offline marketing
activities.

* Assist the business in coming up with focused branding, positioning, and marketing
tools for each department.

* Analyse details and insights of competitor offerings, including specifications, market
share, pricing, and promotional materials.

* Recommend specific marketing approaches and spending budgets to achieve desired
sales goals.

* Helps generate new service offerings to increase share in new or existing markets.

* Liaising with each department to create content for the company's Social Media
Channels using a content schedule calendar.

* Creating and overseeing email and social media marketing campaigns.

* Provide information regarding promotions, branding, media channels, and other key
information for marketing success.

* Observe and maintain cohesive branding across the company departments and
marketing materials.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SKILLS REQUIRED

* You will have a proven track record increasing expose for brand across various platforms with a comprehensive understanding of online marketing that produces measurable results.

* Experience in developing strategies for growth and development of social and digital marketing channels.

* CMA & amp; CRM Experience.

* Proficient content creator.

* Experience of email marketing campaign creation and distribution using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

* Experience liaising extensively with internal and external contacts.

* Highly analytical and experienced in determining marketing activity and campaigns with a good insight to competitor activity.

* Able to edit photos and create graphics for social media, website content and email campaigns. An in-depth knowledge of Adobe suite is required.

* Marketing qualification and experience in instigating and monitoring promotions, branding, and media channels.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* The audacity to throw your ideas into the ring.

* An interest in horses and knowledge of the equine industry would be a distinct advantage.

The role will be office based in Harleston, Norfolk with some flexibility for hybrid working when required.
