Site Manager opportunity with a family owned Design & Build contractor based in the midlands.
Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a family owned, regional main contractor based in the midlands. As a business they have been established for almost 20 years and enjoy a high level of repeat business with an established client base in the region. Their turnover has grown to over £20 Million per annum as a consequence they are looking to strengthen their construction delivery team with an experienced Site Manager. Their workload is typically D&B projects valued at £2-5 Million across a broad range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial and industrial new build and refurbishment projects.
A successful track of working as a Site Manager on projects of a similar size and nature is essential coupled with knowledge and experience of the midlands construction market. Ideally candidates will be from a trade or engineering background and be able to demonstrate good continuity of employment.
