Kristal D&D Ltd is an established company with over 40 years trading serving primarily the Dairy Industry. Located in Herefordshire, Kristal is a supplier of GEA milking equipment including Robotics, alongside manufacturing, installing and maintaining bulk milk tanks and associated Refrigeration equipment.

Service & Parts Manager
The primary role for the successful person will be to oversee our Field Service engineering team ensuring an efficient and viable service to our customers. You will ensure that all service schedules are met and that all reactive calls to breakdowns are covered appropriately. You will liaise with customers building rapport and gathering knowledge of the equipment on site.
You will work alongside the Managing Director to ensure that procedures are in place, customers needs are met and that the team have all the tools and support required to carry out their roles proficiently.

Leadership/Management experience
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Engineering/Technical background
A working knowledge of farming environment would be advantageous.
Refrigeration and/or Dairy experience is desirable.
A calm and methodical demeanor.
