Salary : £18000 – £20000/annum

My client is seeking a new recruit to join their team in a very busy service department, working with the Branch Manager and Contracts Managers to deliver services to Customers and administrate the full records collation into an electronic database system from instruction to proceed through to closure of payment.
The role will embrace various office duties from taking telephone calls, logging lift breakdowns and managing records on their in-house software, liaising with customers and engineers to preparation of reports and tea making!
The successful applicant will display the following attributes:

· Integrity and reliability
· Ability to be self motivated and work with the minimum of supervision
· High class communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to create reports in varying formats and media
· A telephone manner which is engaging and helpful
The successful applicant may have the following experience and qualifications:
· Experience of working in a similar data rich and busy environment where revenue and customer satisfaction depend on accuracy of records
· Experience of working within multiple Service Level Agreements
· Experience of collecting and calculating KPIs to measure performance against targets would be an advantage
· Ability to combine data and records handling with a busy telephone call
You will need at least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role and hold a stable career history
