Service Advisor – Outskirts of Southampton

Salary : £28000 – £34000/annum Dependent on experience + Benefits
The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced motor trade Service Advisor for an established, prestige franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Southampton, the role will work as part of a team and report into the Service Manager.
Great earning potential on offer as well as a lovely working environment – £28,000 Basic!!
Current motor trade customer facing experience preferred.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly
Package:
Basic Salary up to £28,000! (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £34,000+)
Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday rota – one in three or four – 9:00am – 1:00pm
