40-hours Per Week. Monday to Friday. Early Morning Start. Full-time Temporary to Permanent.
Up to £14 per hour – Equivalent £29,000 Basic Annual Salary.
Site location is outside Southampton, close to Winchester. Own transport essential.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Team and shift management, supporting the Production Manager.
Lifting, carrying, working on production machines and with the warehouse team.
Communicating with all staff during shifts and at handovers.
Health and Safety Compliance Checks and Monitoring.
Safety and Quality Assurance Checks and Monitoring.
Standard Operating Procedures, Auditing and Monitoring.
Complete daily work sheets to targets and deadlines.
Support with staff rota and covering absences on day and afternoon shifts.
Essentials:
Manufacturing / production work experience.
Supervisory / team leader experience.
Food hygiene and standards knowledge.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Own transport required due to rural location.
Carry and lift products and materials up to 25KG.
