Salary : £25500 – £26500/annum

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist in providing maintenance, installation and repair services to the Lift Industry. They are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to work from their Head Office in Christchurch on a full-time permanent basis.
The role for the Service Administrator will involve;
* Direct liaison and collaboration with the Service Manager.
* Monitoring and editing Engineer time bookings on a daily basis.
* Updating the supplementary test process.
* Working collaboratively with the Field Engineers, assigning jobs, both reactive and planned maintenance.
* Taking calls to deal with emergency calls and forwarding the job to the relevant Engineer.
* Sending clients company service visit report sheets.
* Establishing and updating the call out rota timetable.
* Management of the client CAFM platform, Elogbooks and Proactis.
* Updating clients on both reactive and planned maintenance works.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have;
* Previous administrative experience.
* Able to use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Previous experience working in the building services industry (preferred but not essential).
* A full UK Driving License or the ability to get yourself daily to the office address.
The Service Administrator role will involve the following remuneration package;
* A basic salary of up to £26,500 per annum.
* Company pension and perks scheme.
* 33 days' annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
* Free on-site parking.
* Working hours of 08:30am to 04:30pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday.
