Senior Site Manager

Leadiing high-end residential developer with a strong presence in the Essex area, currently on site and forthcoming developments around the Colchester area are looking for a Senior Site/ Project Manager to take control of a development just outside of Colchester comprising of 80 new homes with a 40 per cent allocation of affordable housing. There will be a mixture of homes to meet demand, including 3, 4 and 5 bedroom private homes. The affordable properties on site will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 and 3 bedroom homes, traditional build.
The successful candidate is likely to come from a major house builder or have a mixed contracting backgound than just include new build residential. A current CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid Certificate is desirable as is the ability to supervise and co-ordinate staff, sub-contractors, material supplies and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme
