A well established and leading news agency in the UK, who work almost exclusively for national newspapers and TV covering the south of England are recruiting for an ambitious Senior Reporter. A resourceful NCTJ-trained reporter who will have good shorthand, a clean driving licence and a car. The successful candidate will be working from home when not out on assignment.
The job is very varied and you should be able to turn your hand to fulfilling a commission from the Sunday Times to producing a fun, breezy and quirky page lead for the Sun. The successful candidate will also be as happy covering crown courts, inquests and tribunals as breaking news of serious crime.
In short, the successful candidate will be an all-rounder who can work with a team of very talented journalists and photographers to produce the top stories in the South of England.
