Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civils – Warwickshire

Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum Car Pension Bonus
Our client are a rapidly expanding civil engineering contractor experiencing record turnover and a huge order book in highways, rail and infrastructure. They are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to financially manage a large scale muckshift infrastructure scheme in Warwickshire. The role will be site based. The SQS will be responsible for:
* Preparation of monthly reviews
* Cost reporting
* Cash flow forecasting
* Pricing variations to maximise value
* Cost value reconciliations
* Management of the client final account
To be considered you'll have a background with a tier 1 or tier 2 civils contractor in a similar role. Ideally you'll have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and be chartered.
