Working alongside our fantastic Sales and Lettings teams in all our 9 branches with a keen eye for detail and strong communication and presentation skills. Our Coordinators are invaluable to ensure the smooth running of our offices and most importantly, share our desire to deliver outstanding customer service every time and provide support to your active team to achieve the goals of the office.

Office responsibilities:

Assist the Group across multiple aspects including, but not limited to:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

*

Overseeing company processes and monitoring for department

*

Reporting key data to senior management

*

Updating tracking spreadsheet for Sales and Lettings

*

Update and maintain PropCo and RPS letter templates

*

Uploading and sending contracts onto Adobe Sign and DocuSign

*

Ensure key info such as lease length, tax banding etc. is inputted onto our CRM’s

*

Monitor outstanding EPCs

*

Team leader Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and liaise with 3rd party

*

Assist the Sales and Lettings team with photo and video ordering and editing

*

Email memorandum of sales to all parties

*

Build, order and supply window cards to Sales and Lettings branches and ensure office windows are refreshed

*

Design and send leaflets to the printers, distribute to branches

*

Bridges digital Newspaper; collating and proof checking properties

*

Board ordering for both Sales and Lettings

*

Assist with KPI’s and end of month reporting

*

Ensure that Property Particulars are well presented and approved by our clients

*

Support Senior Management with new projects and onboarding 3rd party processes

*

Maintain and update Admin process

*

Train new starters to the department

*

Assist with recruitment into the department

*

Daily/Weekly/Monthly checks on all department wort

*

Mentor Admin Assistant

*

Assist with Rotas and Door signs

*

Record any GDPR requirements/request for removal

*

Onboard New Starters with IT and Telephones

*

Monitor and Develop department processes and workflows

*

Ensure website and other media up to date with new staff and movers across the group

*

Provide outstanding service to clients and customers

*

Assist with company marketing portal and daily/weekly sends
