If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Digital Information Manager to join us in Cambridge!

About the Role

Joining our team, you will be responsible for setting up, managing and maintaining project document control systems inline with company, customer and project. Working primarily on a large scale project in central Cambridge deploying Viewpoint and Autodesk Docs/Collaborate & Build software.

The role is to lead the existing Digital Information / Document Management team to deliver a consistent management process across projects. You will link into the Design Management function, and wider Operations and Commercial functions, their processes and drive adoption of existing and new working methods for document / information management software. You will manage and coordinate all activities related to the document control procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence in compliance with security requirements of projects.

About You

You will have previous Document Control experience, with good knowledge in the use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.You will be confident in setting up and using electronic document management systems, with the ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports, whilst being able to rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
