An exciting opportunity for a collaborative and driven Senior Creative Video Editor with a strong background of digital media and motion graphics to join a growing creative agency in London. We work with global brands and their supporting agencies to provide all creative services specialised for use across social media, TV, print and web.

About Us:
We were started 6 years ago by two creatives specialising in eye-catching social-first photography, short-format videos, stop-motion & cgi for our world leading client brands.
We are looking for a collaborative and driven Creative Video Editor with a strong background of digital media and motion graphics to help ensure the day-to-day delivery of high-class digital projects. This is a key role with the opportunity to make a significant impact across our business as we continue to grow.
We are a passionate and talented Agile team blending creativity and technology to deliver scroll-stopping content, simply and effectively. Our team will work from a brand’s existing assets, or nothing at all to create outstanding static and animated creative.
You’ll be involved in many project stages from receipt of brief, storyboarding, estimation to amends and project acceptance.
The Senior Creative Video Editor Role:
+ Creating a wide range of content, including organic and paid social advertising, in-app artwork, digital banners, digital marketing and promotional media, videos from still images, blending videos, adding music, VO & captions, colour grading and text animation.
+ Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
+ Responsible for interpreting and executing creative briefs; communicating key themes and narratives with creative flair and accuracy ready for final delivery.
+ Mentoring junior Editors.
About You:
A creative design background with 3-5years experience as a video editor / motion graphics artist in an agency / production environment.
You should have a demonstrable ability with a strong portfolio
Great attention to detail, leadership skills, the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team & clients
Strong negotiation skills for getting projects within budget at the right time, the ability to work & remain calm under pressure, to multitask plus the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
Experience of choosing appropriate and cutting music to suit different edits
Designing social first assets, knowledge of different dimensions and guidelines for different platforms, analytics and an understanding of organic vs. paid-for content.
And of course, you must have a good graphic design eye !
You'll need to have good customer-facing manner, be proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok), Adobe Creative Suite (PDF, PremierPro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, Dropbox) and tools like Cinema4D, 3dsMax, Maya, Redshift and Octane.
