Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Chef de Partie
* Assisting the Head Chef with menu development and testing foods for proper preparation and temperature
* Assisting the Head Chef with training and staff development
* Ensuring all dishes leaving their station meet established quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size
* Create innovative dishes according to menu specifications set by the Head Chef
* Manage different stations in the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and availability of equipment and ingredients
* Attending training sessions and implementing learned skills in daily operations to improve food quality
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a luxury hotel setting and demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure. You must excel in fostering positive relationships with colleagues and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
