We are looking to recruit a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our client’s kitchen team.

This is a fantastic role within the kitchen due to the responsibility of a Chef De Partie and the progressions opportunities. The successful Chef De Partie will be confident able to show strong initives. As a Chef De Partie you will be expected to be a team player and have excellent communication skills.

As a Chef De Partie will have at least 2 years within a similar role at a similar level. The candidate will be focused, driven and passionate and able to work in a fast paced enviroment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate longevity throughout their CV and a desire to progress professionally.

The successful Chef De Partie will:

* Have at least 2 years previous experience within a similar role and at the same level.

* Be experienced at working in high-pressure environment.

* Will have excellent knowledge of seasonal foods and dishes using fresh produce.

* Have exceptional communication skills.

* Maintain and adhere to all Food Hygiene regulations.

* Be a team player and work effectively as part of a team.

* Have a genuine passion and love of food
