Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist required for a leading independent Architecture Practice in York. As an Architectural Technician/ Technologist you will be competent and experienced in preparing design proposals utilising your Revit and additional design skills. You will prepare plans, drawings, documents and specifications for architectural approval.
From time to time you may also be required to visit site to conduct design surveys and or take design measurements.
Required Skills:
UK Building Regulation knowledge
Proficient in Revit
UK Construction experience, ideally 5 years plus
