Senior Accounts Administrator – A lovely role, with a great little team in a small office
Broad bookkeeping / accounts knowledge experience needed
Walsall : Negotiable plus holidays and benefits
A cracking little, well established service business looking for Accounts support / book keeping experience, full time and office based.
A Monday to Friday role looking after all aspects of the accounts
A stand alone role so looking for like for like experience and a good team player happy to get stuck into and do ad hoc 'stuff' when necessary!
General duties and responsibilities will include:
* Accounts payable, anything below and the ability to organise and get it done!
* Balancing accounts (also known as 'double book keeping')
* Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments.
* Completing VAT returns.
* Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue.
* Checking company bank statements.
* Reparing cash flow statements.
* Dealing with financial paperwork and filing.
The person:
– This is a classic all action stand alone role within a business with circa 15 people and an opportunity to stick and be stable and work with excellent people so we are looking for someone like minded and local.

– Accounts experience with a stable track record to
– Good communicator
– Ideally Sage50 accounts package experience
