Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £12.13/hour

Be at the forefront of our agricultural operations! As a Drill Person/Tractor Driver, you'll be pivotal in supporting our Farm Manager with various drilling and harvesting duties, ensuring our crops thrive and targets are met.

Take charge of drilling and planting various salad crops as directed, ensuring growing targets are achieved.

Your Key Responsibilities would be:

Assisting with irrigation and cultivation tasks on non-drilling days
Flexibility to handle ad hoc duties to maintain operational efficiency
To drill-planting various salad crop as directed and required to ensure growing target are achieved.Our ideal candidate would:

Embrace the great outdoors as you predominantly work outside
Have Previous Farming Experience – Stock Control, Bedforming
Be Fluent in English, with basic computer skills
Have stellar communication skills and a team player attitude
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing busy workloads and adapting to changing targets.
Willingness to put in the extra hours when needed.

The farm works on a 40-hour week over 6 days, and there is guaranteed overtime during the season which is paid at time and a quarter.
