Salary : £13 – £15/hour
Role – School Chef – Sociable Hours.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Chef who can provide the highest quality food and work closely with the Catering Manager Chef to plan and implement seasonal menu changes within a school environment.
The ideal candidate will already need to have experience in a similar busy kitchen and use their skills to assist in the effective motivation and standards and be able to manage stock rotation on a daily basis.
You will possess the skills of being able to correctly quality, portion size and temperature. You will have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
