Key Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the sales team with leads.
* Update CRM on a daily basis, regarding sales leads, logging every conversation and action including updating the sales team.
* Weekly CRM reporting to Manager
* Liaising and assisting Customer Services on fuel integration sign-up.
* Assist and liaise with Installation team surrounding fuel sign up
* .Advise customer enquiries on partner services and additional equipment, liaising with Customer Service and Hardware
* Upselling equipment to existing customers
* Responding to marketing campaigns with outbound sales calls.
* To explain, promote and sell Local Loyalty to our customers
* Sign-up to delivery of services and equipment for Local Loyalty
* On-line EPoS (ShopMate) demo training
Key Skills:
* You have strong educational qualifications
* Motivated, outgoing, organised individual with a structured reliable approach to both resolving issues
* You have a strong work ethic able to work on own initiative
* Open and honest person, comfortable working as part of a team and contributing confidently to discussions relating to tasks and projects
* Good listening and problem-solving skills, – a logical thinker with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Able to take on challenges and see solutions through to successful conclusion.
