“The Juice Round” is an award-winning eco-friendly drinks service in reusable glass bottles. The brand has a cult following within London that includes premium delis and coffee shops, luxury fashion, offices and gyms. Alongside this is a thriving bespoke drinks business, Sejuiced, known for providing creative event hospitality in the form of pop-up bars and personalised bottled drinks. Sejuiced has an impressive portfolio of well-known clients across e-commerce (e.g. Amazon), big tech, fashion and beauty.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive with proven ability who can quickly add value to our small, fun team.
DUTIES AND TASKS
Your duties will include the following:
* Work towards and achieve quarterly sales targets
* Call prospective customers and head office buyers to obtain sales appointments
* Lead meetings with existing and prospective buyers; present our products and create brand affinity
* Develop customer strategies and marketing plans (price promotions, menu placements, product sampling events, new product opportunities)
* Account manage our existing client base by planning and implementing a contact strategy
* Liaise closely with the kitchen to ensure that our production schedule is aligned with demand and wastage avoided
* Liaise with our Administrator to ensure that orders are correctly processed and finance paperwork is completed, and that our CRM is kept up-to-date
* Produce and maintain accurate prospect records detailing revenue and profit opportunities
* Participate in sales and marking planning meetings within Sejuiced and, where relevant, across the wider group of Crown companies
* Provide updates to Sejuiced’s MD to include timely and accurate communication of the changing competitive landscape that may create new opportunities and challenges
PERSON SPECIFICATION
You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience working in a business to business sales role, ideally within the food and beverage industry. You will be comfortable establishing relationships across a range of different channels and settings. You’ll be an analytical thinker who is able to grasp each customer’s business processes, plans and needs, and articulate how we can help them achieve both their commercial and environmental ambitions.
In addition to relevant previous experience, to succeed in this role you will need:
* Great planning and time management skills
* IT proficiency (working with MS Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* To be reliable, well organised and able to multitask
* To effectively manage your time and workload, prioritising goals and opportunities
* To work equally well as a team member and by yourself on your own initiative
