We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at Lextox. As a Sales Administrator, you will be dealing with customer enquiries, along with liaising with other departments within our organisation.
Forming part of the SYNLAB Group, Lextox are a UKAS accredited laboratory based in Cardiff. Lextox provide drug, alcohol and DNA testing services for family law cases and childcare proceedings. SYNLAB in the UK is a trusted expert in clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services.
This role will be due to start in January 2024
Hours: 21hrs per week, 3 days – Weds/Thurs/Fri – office based.
What you can expect from the role:
* Deliver prompt and precise administrative assistance to the sales team.
* Assemble kits for hair, blood and DNA sample collection and process requests for sample collector supplies.
* Manage and organise the mailbox efficiently.
* Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflow.
* Notify customers upon receipt of their samples.
* Ensure an ample supply of stock components and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Comprehensive training will be provided for this position.
What we’re looking for:
* Good communication and team working skills, whilst demonstrating initiative.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook and Teams.
* Experience in organising and prioritising work tasks.
* Ability to establish and sustain positive relationships with colleagues.
