Recruitment Resourcer – White Collar

Salary : £23000 – £26000/annum
Blue Water Recruitment Limited are an established provider of blue and white collar temporary and permanent staff to the Construction Industry. We are looking for an experienced construction resourcer / recruiter with excellent customer service and candidate attraction skills.
We have an opportunity for a Resourcer to join our team to support our existing consultants in the approach and selection of quality candidates to meet our clients' recruitment needs. The Resourcer role is initially an admin-phone based role, whilst working alongside consultants to develop your recruitment knowledge at skills.
Responsibilities will include:
* Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media
* Resourcing and Filling job roles through candidate database, job boards and referrals.
* Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates (CSCS) to be on site.
* Resourcing for all white collar & technical staff.
Key skills:
* Customer Service Driven.
* Experience in a telephone customer service role as the biggest part of the role will be making and receiving calls.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Driven and motivated.
Working hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Experience in a recruitment environment desirable but not essential
