Job role:

Reporting to the Departmental Head this future career placement is to provide prompt and high-quality administrative support to the companies Planning & National Account sales teams.
*
There are many business stakeholders that will gain from your proven administrational talents.
*
Where necessary you can empower your National Account colleaugues to be ever aware of stock , relay all to client buying teams as well as allocate and managing available stock.
*
Importantly you will maintain the SAP system raising & maintaining efficient order flows whilst keeping customer service , distribution, and warehouse teams ever knowledgeable & prepared.
*
Management of samples be for in-house use , future buyer presentations or external buyers off site review – you will control all.
*
As a point of HQ contact you will be an approachable fountain of knowledge for all be it order status , stock availability , product specifications as well as distributing needed & permitted digital assets .
*
There is an interface with marketing ensuring that their teams have the very latest product launch / client purchasing insight .
*
Balanced with this you will also assist the National Account Manager team with preparing for future sales meetings , the implementation of retail incentives , planograms & new displays.
Requirements:
*
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
*
Be comfortable with pivot tables, V-lookups and handling large database tables.
*
Possess sound numerical and communicational skills.
*
Have proven capability in both Word and Outlook – operational experience of SAP advantageous but not essential.
*
Like your future colleaugues be results orientated and appreciate the importance of complete every task in a timely manner.
*
Knowledge of retail operational environment would be useful to have encountered previously.
