Salary : £22000/annum

Experienced, confident Sales Administrator required within a successful distribution company based in Brierley Hill. This position is an immediately opportunity working on a temp to perm contract.
Main duties to include:
* Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Taking and processing sales orders by phone, fax and email
* Answering all incoming enquires on process, products
* Advising on order progresses and deliveries
* Customer complaint handling and offering returns/refunds
* All general office and admin duties
The right candidate must:
* Be experienced in a sales role, ideally Sales Admin or order processing
* Be confident and professional talking over the phone
* Able to work in a busy sales department
* Have a Bubbly, confident personality

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.25am to 4.55pm – 37.5 per week
Hourly rate: £11.40ph – Salary £22,200
