Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum OTE £45K

£25,000 – £30,000 per annum (OTE £45,000 plus) plus profit related pay, pension, health and life cover
Established in 1990 this cutting-edge organisation based in Ipswich has developed into one of the largest independent distributors and providers of desktop services in the UK and are continuing to grow. Operating in a number of vertical markets such as Education, Telecoms and Manufacturing Services. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing Education team which means you will be selling high end products into Local Education Authorities You will be able to use your previous expertise in the education sales arena to develop the business further and you could be working on several quotes an hour! A quick turnaround time and the ability to work at fully understanding your customer is essential. You will need to be able to prioritise, manage expectations and work at a very fast pace ensuring that no business opportunities are missed in the process.
This is a fast-paced environment where you will be using your telephone sales skills to market your products to Local Education Authorities throughout the UK, it will be a pro-active sales role just as much as a reactive one.
Ideal Attributes:
– Experience of selling into Local Education Authorities
-Proven sales background with the drive and enthusiasm to develop business.
-Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and manage your customers’ expectations.
-Thrives under pressure and used to working to tight deadlines whilst juggling multiple tasks.
-Be technically minded (full product training will be given)
-Have real sense of urgency to fulfil the customers’ requirements.
-Sharp and determined to provide the best solutions to your customers.
-Positive attitude to succeed.
You will have the opportunity to manage several customer accounts and will be able to utilise your relationship building skills to develop those customers businesses further.
