The role of the Trainee Sales Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant will involve:
* Interviewing field sales professionals from the construction industry to establish their requirements and motives for their next field sales opportunity
* Being part of a rapidly growing consultancy team (likely to join alongside 1 or 2 others)
* Matching up relevant candidates to clients’ requirements and vice versa
* Working on a constant source of new sales opportunities, typically 15 new sales vacancies a week
* Searching for suitable candidates using various online job boards and an in house database of over 17,000 candidates
* Being mentored, trained and managed on a daily basis by one of our Directors (with more than 25 years sales recruitment experience)
* An outstanding opportunity to progress longer term into either a Consultant or Business Development role with the opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000.
* Joining a well established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders in Construction Sales Recruitment
* Based from easily accessible modern offices in the heart of Wilmslow
The ideal applicant will be a Trainee Sales Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sales Recruitment with:
