The Company
A leading privately-owned manufacturer and installer of Civil Engineering products, within the construction industry, highly stable, profitable and well established. Following year on year growth and the introduction of new products and expansion of markets we are seeking a Specification Sales Manager to target and secure projects in the North of the UK with Civil Engineers, Consultants and Architects. You will secure and oversee projects from initial customer contact, through design, estimate, tender negotiation, procurement, installation and completion. Projects are focused on rail, coastal erosion and other major civil engineer projects
The Candidate
You will have experience of specification and technical sales within the civils sector, ideally with a degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a construction related discipline. You will have a strong technical background, with the ability to assimilate technical information and draw up specifications, as well as being able to confidently supply technical information. You will be experienced in dealing with engineers and consultants to secure tight specifications.
