Business Development Manager

Salary : £25000 – £32000/annum £25k to £32k, plus bonus
Questech Recruitment Ltd are a specialist, engineering, niche sector recruitment business located in the centre of Wakefield.
As part of our exciting growth plan for 2023 we require an experienced Business Development Manager.
THE DUTIES:
* Cold calling Engineering / Manufactuing businesses across the Yorkshire region.
* Lead generation (via social media, drive rounds and candidates etc;).
* Ensuring clients with PSL are targeted and converted.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
* A minimum of two years experience working in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Experience of working towards and hitting sales targets.
* Experience of cold calling potential clients.
THE PACKAGE:
You will be paid a basic salary of between £25,000 to £32,000 (depending on expereince), plus outstanding benefits – including a very lucrative bonus scheme
