Kingsley Consulting Ltd are recruiting for an Account Manager to work for a leading Manufacturing Group. The role will be based in Dublin, working within their Sales Operations Team. The role combines a mixture of Key Account Management (70%) & Customer Service (30%) and requires previous experience, gained in a similar role by any interested applicant.
Internal Account Manager
Location: Airways Industrial Estate, Dublin 17
Salary: €30-€38K (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours a week Monday – Friday (Mix of home working & office based)
The role:
The role will be managing a number of assigned customers and help develop new business with existing clients. To generate new sales opportunities, along with processing Sales Orders and working with the wider Customer Service Team to improve delivery to Customers and improve their purchasing journey with the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries; process sales orders on SAP;
* Carry out telephone service calls to new and existing customers to upsell our products and systems.
* Build long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Sales Cloud
* Liaise with the marketing department to deliver regular correspondence to our customer base.
* Prospect and create opportunities on Sales Cloud to help build the sales pipeline; liaise with the field sales team to assist in converting these opportunities to orders
* Provide basic level technical support when called upon (full training will be provided)
* Participate in regular team meetings
* Handle customer complaints when required
Person profile:
Experience:
* Must have proven experience delivering excellent customer service, building positive relationships with customers
* 3-5 years+ in an Account Management, Sales, Customer Services role or similar
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to problem solve
* Must be proficient in the use of computers and be familiar with commonly used software programmes such as G Suite or similar
* Experienced working well in a busy office environment and meet tight deadlines
* Experience in building materials, plant, manufacturing or similar industry (desirable)
* Experience using SAP or similar (desirable)
