Sales Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £68200 – £93800/annum OTE
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Team Manager for a global educational organisation. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (2 days per week) in Dublin.
Typical duties include:
* Managing a team of 10 Sales Executives
* Mentoring, coaching and developing the team
* Monitoring productivity and providing constructive support
* Motivating the team to hit their targets
* Promoting the best levels of customer service across the business
* Maintaining a sound knowledge of the market
* Expanding the team in line with the ambitious business growth plans
* Recruiting, training and developing new team members
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrable experience managing a sales team
* Excellent leadership and motivation skills
* Experience in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
* Strong work ethic, highly organised and self-motivated to work remotely
* Ability to travel to Dublin on a weekly basis
