Spanish Speaking Commercial Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £26000/annum DOE
Our client is a internationally respected and known Fresh Produce business who is continuously growing in their success and due to this, they are looking for a ambitious, lively and commercially astute Junior Commercial candidate to assist with Commercial activities and also to include Procurement and Sales.
The role will be based in their offices in Kent, UK and they are keen to speak with candidates who is looking to strengthen their career in Fresh Produce
They are looking for someone who has the potential to grow with the business – Training in Commercial / Procurement / Sales activities will be given but some prior experience of the Fresh Produce Industry would be advantageous
Language skills are very important for this position – they are looking for someone who speaks English fluently along with Spanish
The Ideal Candidate:-
This is an entry level position within the business and would suit someone who is looking for their first role in the sector. Equally, if you have a year or so of experience, this would stand you in good stead.
* 1-2 years in a Sales or Commercial type role within the Fresh Produce Industry
* Language skills (as stated above)
* Looking to grow in a company
* Fantastic interpersonal and commercial skills
* Outgoing with the ability to get on with people from customer to supplier level
* At least 1 year’s Procurement / Buying (or similar ) experience (ideal, not essential)
* Excel skills – Intermediate or above to include demonstrable proficiency in:
* Strong negotiation skills
* Well organised with the ability to react to change quickly
* Ability to anticipate potential problems
* Reliable and flexible attitude
