Sales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £55000/annum
Our client, a well-established business who are leaders within their field and experiencing huge growth is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a target-driven and motivated team, you will be required to follow all warm leads with no cold calling, contacting customers in order to understand their requirements whilst sourcing and selling the best and most suitable solution from a range of products.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Sales, however our client will also consider candidates who are looking to get into Sales, with previous experience in either Customer Service or Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for the customer, making outbound calls in order to build relationships and understand their requirements
* Liaise with third parties in order to source the best and most suitable solution for the client
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times
* Overcome objections and upsell products where possible
* Answer any questions or queries within a timely manner
* Close the sale whilst negotiating in the process
