Part Time New Homes Sales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £27000/annum Plus Commission
Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a part time Sales Executive to join a house builder in Chesterfield.
This role will involve progressing reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets, whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience.
We are looking for someone with experience in managing a new build development and progressing sales within time scales, excellent communication and negotiation skills , and the ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment.
The working hours are 10.30am to 5.30pm including Bank Holidays. 2-3 days per week.

* £24-27k basic pro rata

* Plot Commission
* Quarterly bonus subject to meeting targets
* Panel Solicitors Recommendation Commission
* Holiday entitlement 25 days plus bank holidays pro rata
