Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum

Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales – Due to continued growth you will be joining the small team that takes customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to a sales conclusion plus the creation of case studies for website publication.
The company is a highly reputable family business that is financially independent with a well-established and successful business operation.
Must have excellent customer service skills including: –
* Professional attitude
* Great telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will be using your customer service skills to help customers find the right solution for their individual needs. Full product and service training will be given.
The role would suit applicants with customer centric sales experience including Retail, property sale and lettings, and internal sales, etc. You will not be asked to carry out any cold calling or high-pressured sales activities.
The office is close to Redditch town centre and has free on-site parking.
