Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum OTE £45k plus Car Allowance + Ben
Frontline Recruitment Derby are currently looking for a talented, sales-driven, ambitious individual to join our successful and established team based in the Strand Arcade, Derby.
We are looking for a 360 Temp Recruitment Consultant to join our industrial warm desk, based in the charming and boutique part of Derby.
Operating for over 23 years, our branches have dedicated and successful colleagues, working together to drive the business forward and ensure we offer the very best service to all of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the recruitment industry, but consideration will be given to tenacious individuals from other industries which may include sales/retail or similar industry who enjoys sales, and face to face account management. You will be confident and driven, able to multi-task and have a calm and "can do" attitude.
Key Skills required;
• Sales skills (outbound business to business sales experience)
• Confident with a professional and "engaging" personality
• Energetic with a positive attitude
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach
• Fantastic presentation, organisational, Inter-personal, verbal and team-working skills
• Ability to work independently and most importantly as part of a team.
Hours of Work: 8 – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
