Frontline Recruitment Derby are hiring and seek an experienced permanent recruitment consultant to join their established and successful team based in the Strand, Derby, DE1.

Permanent Consultant Job Role:-
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be tasked with developing your own desk combining both local and National contracts by supplying the the very best service offering and candidates.
You will build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients who will trust you to support them daily in order to match the right candidate to their jobs.
You will utilise the very latest CRM system to capture your information from receiving a job from a client, matching and selecting candidates for their roles, ensuring the process is smooth and seamless. You will engage with both parties and keep them updated as you work through the process with them, keeping them updated, submitting applicants, managing the interview process through through to offer and start.
The successful candidate will have:-
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Previous experience within the recruitment/similar industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence to make cold call and visits to potential new clients
• Professional work ethics
• Self-motivated, ambitious and money motivivated
• Honest and trustworthy, looking for a career not just a job
• Ability to manage difficult calls and overcome objections
• Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Punctual, with excellent time keeping
• Ability to organise a busy calendar
• IT literate – Microsoft Office
• Flexible approach towards working hours
• Excellent numeracy and literacy
Hours of Work;
• 08:00 until 5.30 pm (flexible start and finish times) Mon-Fri

• £22,500 – £35,000 per annum Salary (depending on experience)
