B2B Telesales Executive

Basic up to £25,000 DOE, OTE an additional £15,000, uncapped

We are looking for an experienced B2B Internal Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive for our client in Livingston. A proven background within new business B2B sales is highly desired, however we may also be able to consider people with a proven outbound B2C (consumer sales) background providing that you have really excelled in that role.

Your primary role would be to develop leads and opportunities and generate sales with new business customers. You will also be responsible for working with some inbound leads and website enquiries, the more of which you will receive as your closing rate increases.

This role requires someone who is tenacious and very sales and target driven, is used to making a good number of sales calls, is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business, and who has fantastic rapport building and listening skills.

On top of your starting basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience, there is also an additional OTE of £15,000 available in this role – which is also uncapped and can certainly be exceeded.

Given the potential sales volume you can get from some companies, it would not be unreasonable to suggest that you could achieve your monthly target with only a few new customer wins per month through intelligent targeting, meaning that you would receive an excellent monthly bonus just for a few new customers and then a phenomenal bonus for not being complacent and being happy with just the on-target bonus amount.
