They work with leading Global organisation assisting them in finding top-performing professionals They currently operate out of offices in London and New York however have plans to expand into other global locations.

Person Spec:
* Consistent top biller
* Excellent client and candidate service
* Strong business developer
* Decision maker – involvement and input into hiring and strategic growth plans
* Experience in senior stake-holder management
* Proven track record managing, training, and building teams.

* Emotionally intelligent
* Strong collaborator with ability to work autonomously.
* On-board new clients through networking and business development
* Actively lead delivery to current clients (efficiently sourcing relevant local talent to fill business needs)
Requirements:
* 4-5 years recruitment consultancy experience
* Proven track record of success
