Senior Recruitment Consultant / Branch Manager

Salary : £35000 – £50000/annum OTE £100k
Example Recruitment Group now has an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Branch Manager (billing) to join their growing recruitment team.

We are looking at experienced consultants who can bring a market within Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Offshore oil and Gas or renewables, this role will provide someone the opportunity to build a division within a established company.
You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and building working relationships with new business contacts. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders through the recruitment process, delivering a high level of client and candidate care throughout.
You will have a proven track record in recruitment, we offer first 3 months with a buffer to allow you to grow your desk and not have any financial burden from leaving an existing billing desk for an easier transition.
