Fyba Talent have an excellent opportunity for you to come and join a client of ours who are rapidly growing across the south of England and are a leader within their industry.
They are actively seeking multiple Brand Ambassadors / Field Sales Executives in Bournemouth who will be given the chance to impact the success of this incredibly exciting business within its early stages and will play a real part in the company's growth.
What we are looking for
We are looking for personable, enthusiastic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to be directly responsible for driving brand awareness and delivering sales within Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and wider areas by engaging with potential customers at their premises and at local events. You will also be driven by selling a service that is new, exciting and unlike anything else on the market.
As a Brand Ambassador​​ you will need to be:
* Self-motivated, confident individuals who enjoy a role that involves being out and about every day, interacting with customers face-to-face
* Someone who enjoys helping people and making a positive difference in the local community
* Someone who enjoys being in different locations with different challenges day-to-day
* Driven by achieving targets and enjoy the challenge of bringing our product to life for customers
* Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt your style where needed
* A person who can cope well under pressure and overcome customer objections
* Experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, target driven retail sales or lead generation as a field sales executive or field sales advisor will be advantageous in this role, but not essential
* A full driving licence would also be advantageous, but not essential.
In return, they offer a basic salary of £20-25k per year as well as our industry-leading commission scheme, on a permanent contract.
Commission scheme
The commission is unlike any commission scheme you may have heard of before; this a scheme where the OTE is the minimum that the team should take home, and the teams are achieving far beyond the minimum £10k commission per annum. Part of the interview process is going through this scheme and the honest earning potential of the role.

You will predominantly work Monday – Friday (10am-6:30pm) but could also be required to work weekends on odd occasion.
