After a successful number of years and building an excellent and profitable desk within Sales, we are looking for an experienced Sales Recruitment Consultant to expand more into the Sales sector, both in permanent and contract roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working experienced recruiter to take their career to the next level. This is a role that could very well lead to a team manager position within the next year.
This is an account manager role where you will be working on the current role as we have got some excellent clients where we have been working with them from last 6 years successfully. You will be required to bring new business within the sales sector too
Main responsibilities
* Work on permanent sales role for our current clients
* To expand sales desk bringing in new clients.
* To source suitable candidates for existing clients within sales sector
* To train junior members of staff once the desk has enough business to employ more staff.
Person specification
* Minimum of 2 year in Sales recruitment
* Proven track record of bringing in new business and resourcing candidates
* Team leadership experience desirable but not essential
