We are currently expanding our team in our offices in Woking and are looking for an experienced recruitment manager with an exceptional track record of managing recruitment business across multiple sectors. Whilst we operate across all areas we specialise in Sales, Finance and Banking, IT and FMCG roles.
Role Description:
* Helping consultant in Sourcing new jobs from new clients and with the help of our team finding the ideal candidate.
* Find new ways of generating business for the company which can involve tender process and applying for PSL in different company
* Account management – maintaining relationships with bigger clients.
* With full P&L responsibility you will be responsible for leading the sales activity and driving growth to exceed targets
* As Branch Manager you will be given a lot of autonomy to further develop the branch and grow the team
* The company offers a supportive culture and on-going training
Candidate profile:
* You will ideally be an experienced Branch Manager – however this opportunity is also open to a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career
* You will be an effective leader, capable of supporting and developing Consultants to achieve their potential
* This is a hands-on billing manager role where you will be required to manage your desk and manage your business and find new ways of increasing the business.
* You need to bring a dynamic, can-do attitude – someone who can bring solutions and contribute ideas
