This thriving Tractor Dealership is looking for a Territory Manager for their range of Farm machinery in south Lincolnshire in towns like Crowland, Donington, Holbeach, Kings Lynn, Long Sutton and Sutton Bridge.

As a new Territory Manager, you will be building relationships with farmers and maintaining that relationship long-term. With this comes the knowledge of what the customers' requirements and their customer want, Territory Manager will know when new and upcoming technology comes out that can benefit the customer you can be the first to promote the idea to them. As a Territory Manager you will make long-term relationships with local and national farmers that you will need to build and maintain.

New to Sales?

Do you like talking to people? Are you happy meeting and chatting with strangers? Do you strike up conversations from nowhere and with anyone? If yes, becoming the Territory Manager would be perfect!

With either experience of Agriculture Sales or a solid farming and farm machinery background, as the new Territory Manager is the perfect combination of managing and loving existing business as well as hunting new business.

This company have a strong customer base already but actively cold calling will be an integral part of the as Territory Manager. It will be your job as Territory Manager to grow the existing business. As well as the salary, you will also get a company car, phone and commission.

You will need great communication skills as well as being computer literate. You must have a full UK driving license and a car will be provided
