Sales Support Administrator

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum

A permanent position for a Boston based company. Working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (42.5 hour week).
The main duties are; taking calls from wholesalers and providing quotations, produce purchase orders, support the sales team, respond and follow any sales leads, deal with customer emails/calls and general administration.
This position would also support secured projects in terms of administration working with both the Business Development Manager and Contracts Manager.
There is a high volume of customer contact via the phone in this role.
Candidates will need to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able to work to tight deadlines. Clean and fluent English as well as a confident phone manner are essential.
