Recruitment Consultant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £27000/annum + commission
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work with our client in Hertford. Ideally you will have experience in temporary recruitment, and if you have experience in the medical industry – all the better!
This is a new position as the team is expanding, and focusses on both new and existing business in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
The salary for this role is £22,000 to £27,000 per annum, with a generous uncapped commission scheme. Your salary would be reviewed every 3 months, dependeing upon your performance. The company are based in Hertford town centre.
On a day to day basis the Recruitment Consultant will:
* Develop business relationships with clients in your area
* Find candidates and keep in touch with them
* Fill urgent temporary cover bookings
* Negotiate fees
* Book interviews, make arrangements, and general administration
The successful Recruitment Consultant will:
* Be resilient and sales focused
* Able to multi task
* Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Have experience in sales, recruitment, or medical recruitment
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
