Telesales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum plus commission
We are working with our client to find excellent Telesales Executives with a track record of exceeding targets, to join their highly competitive, energetic and successful team!
The reward is a basic salary of around £25,000 (depending on your experience) and an uncapped commission structure, which should earn you around £35,000 OTE in year one, and established team members are earning well over £50,000 per annum.
You need to be a sparkling and brilliant talker, able to engage people swiftly, and speak to the right people at the right time. You will be a natural networker, always with an ear out for the next deal, and comfortable being persuasive.
If you are from a print or telecoms background, then all the better, but this is not essential.
You're a grown up, and you'll be treated like one. If you want to be successful, and you are happy to work hard, then my client will make sure you have the tools you need.
In the future there is the possibility to move into the Field Sales Team, Account Management or Team Management, so this isn't a standstill position.
