Salary : £20000 – £30000/annum Bonus / Commision
Kitchen and bathroom sales designer wanted in Ludlow.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced sales designer consultant with strong previous relevant experience and desire to strive to improve the sales performance of the company whilst working with others. They are highly reputable and respected. They are seeking a talented individual to join their friendly team.
Role
* Extensive sales experience preferably within the kitchen and/ or bathroom industry
* A demonstrable ability to design and sell kitchens/ bathrooms
* The motivation to achieve targeted sales and profit figures
* Work with the trade side of the business ie contact and network with builders, architects and interior designers
* Can drive recommendations
* Be expected to form effective relationships with customers
* Ensure your service levels meet the company’s requirements
* Effectively engage with customers and trade professionals
* Can self-motivate and proactively seek out new business opportunities
Recommendations
* Strong commercial acumen ideally from within a consumer facing industry
* Experience of working with both retail and trade customers
* Ability to design kitchens and bathrooms, large or small on CAD
* Experience of CAD design
* Strong negotiation skills with a can-do approach
* Have an eye for detail with a broad range of product information
* A passion for improving the customer’s experience
* Creative thinker and problem solver
* Strong customer service skills
* Team player
* Strong numeracy and IT skills
* Own their own vehicle and have a full driving license
