Telesales/Customer Service Representative £19,511 Ludlow
My client, a local Ludlow business has an exciting opportunity to join their office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in business via Telesales calls to new and existing customers.
Ideal candidates would have telesales experience, but this is not essential. You will need to be organised, self-motivated and a team player, capable of working under pressure, with good IT and communication skills.
Working in a busy environment it is important that the candidate is also capable of covering all duties during the busy times. Any new members of the team are expected to relish the opportunity to learn all procedures in the office to include speaking with customers to take orders and resolve queries.
Your duties will include:
Contacting existing customers from our computer database for their orders
To develop existing customer relations
To upsell to existing customers
To discuss promotions with existing customers
To answer incoming calls
To provide a high standard of customer service
Salary: £19,511 per year
Hours: 40 Mon to Fri – Ranging between the hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm
